Dispute Resolution Procedures

|
Step 1
The complainant and appropriate representative of the other party discuss the dispute
if no resolution ↓
Step 2
- The complainant notifies the Code Secretariat of the dispute
- The complainant and the Managing Director (or equivalent officer of the other party) discuss the dispute
if no resolution ↓
Step 3
The complainant may request that
- the Code Secretariat; or
- the complainant's industry association
discuss the dispute with the Managing Director (or equivalent officer of the other party)
if no resolution ↓
Step 4
The complainant takes no further action or continues discussions with the other party or refers the dispute to conciliation
Note: The complainant may refer the dispute to conciliation at any time.
