Referral of Matters to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission

Where a complaint involving a breach of this Code involves a non-signatory to the Code, the complainant may refer the matter
to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to take whatever action it considers appropriate.

22.2
|
Whilst it is the intent of this Code that a complaint involving signatories to the Code is resolved through the Code mechanisms,
the complainant may refer the matter to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
